If you're looking for a quick way to gather opinions and feedback, adding a poll to your group chat can be an excellent tool. With the right approach, you can create a meaningful and engaging poll in no time.
To create a poll, open a group chat and tap the + icon in the bottom left corner of your screen. A menu will appear with different options for things you can add to your group. Select "Poll."
In the resulting window, tap "Create Poll." In the resulting window, type your question and add the possible answers you'd like to include. You can also change the poll settings here, such as whether or not people can choose multiple options.
Once you're happy with your poll, tap Done and then Share to add it to the group chat. It's important to note that only group admins and members can create a poll in a group chat. The option is not available in one-on-one conversations. Additionally, the feature is only available in groups of more than two participants and is currently unavailable in some regions, such as Japan and parts of Europe.
Once you've added a poll, it will appear in the group chat and be visible to all of the participants. When you're ready to vote, simply select an answer and tap Submit Vote. The results will then update instantly for all members to see. You can always edit your answers after they've been submitted.
